My 2 Mastiffs need a new home (Warwick)

About the dogs, they are pure bread English mastiffs and I have paperwork for them. They are very sweet with all people but not so much with other dogs so a home with pets currently is not a good idea. They both have very different personalities, one is very aloof and will accept attention from anyone, the other is a little apprehensive of new people but when you earn his trust he will never leave your side. They are two male/neutered English mastiffs, 1 1/2 years old, who are up to date on all their shots, who need a new home. I'm not looking for a re homing fee but I will require some things before a new home will be accepted. First, I WILL NOT SEPARATE THEM! Please don't ask, they must be kept together. Second, I must meet with the person/people looking to adopt them and tour their residence to ensure they will be going to a loving home with adequate space. Third, a contract must be signed that states that they will be re homed as pets only (no working, competitions, etc), and that if for some reason the new owners cannot take care of them any longer they must be returned to me at the expense of their new owners. Lastly, updated contact information must be kept current, if I need to get a hold of you or you need to get a hold of me, we must be able to do so.I know there are plenty of people out there that are going to say the "those are your kids you need to keep them" thing. You have to understand, this is not what I want, it's killing me to find a new home for them but I have no option. I've been working 80+ hours a week for the last year and a half trying to not get caught up in the housing crisis but alas, it's claimed house too. If anyone knows of an apartment complex that'll accept me and two dogs of their size let me know because every place I've talked to has laughed when I told them what kind of dogs I have.

They look a lot like American Mastiffs--Look at the eyes, muzzle shape and mask pattern.   However he states they are neutered--so if they were neutered at an early age theyat could have caused the size and shape changes.

I thought so to at first, than it says they are only a year and one half.  So I assumed it was because of the neutering, as well.  With gas prices, and things.  We may see allot of this with the large breeds especially, because of up keep.  It is really said, and she is trying to make sure they get a good home.  Most people do not even take the time to write a description.
