This is one of my favorite things...singing with my dogs. They love it, too. I thought I'd share some pictures from a couple of months ago and invite everyone to post some "duet" pictures of their own. I wish I could make recordings, but I bet someone out there has some youtube links to share, too :-) Anyhoo, this is Chocolate consenting to share the spotlight with me....I look ridiculous, but we had fun

Those are GREAT pictures....what a wonderful duet. I got Bear and Biggie to sing with me last weekend. Quite the trio we were....thank goodness Kathy didn't have her camera handy. __________________ Your life is an occasion. Rise to it.

Choc LOVES to sing. I can be petting her or whatever and if I even mention the word "sing" she goes off. My boy, Oscar, didn't learn to howl until she came and so has been slower to "get it" sometimes, he just does these long barks that are just as funny. At least he tries

That's so cute, reminds me of our Darby, he loved to sing. I would start out "Let's all sing like the Birdies sing" Then he'd get the rest of the kids to sing. It was so fun. They were having a special fund raiser a couple of years ago and wanted to do a stupid dog trick competition. They asked if we'd get it started with Darby and the Redheads. So our staff ran with this. Made up a logo we Had t-shirts made up cheers before the dogs entered. It was cute. Then the handlers and dogs ran in. I started it off with Let's all sing like the Birdies sing. And complete silence. Not a peep out of those big old dogs. So all the handlers started to howl and finally Darby did one little howl. It was so funny. Then at the end we had planned on Dawn, one of the handlers-owners, was to do BANG! and her mastiff normally would fall over dead. It took 4 shots before Pony died that day. Oh well, they're just like kids, never do what is expected of them. Raised a lot of money that day and had lots of fun. __________________ Lynn DeArmond

You're story about the fundraiser is RIGHT up my alley. That is exactly what would happen to me, I know it!! I don't have any video, but I was hoping someone else would of their dogs Jen
