When I take her to potty, she has learned to "fake pee" in order to get a treat.
She squats, pretends to pee and then sits in front of me to get a treat.
I can't remember if the boys did that.

Oh H that's hysterical. It's got something to do with the class training techniques. Her little friend over this way goes outside and is so anxious to "sit" for me that he does and then starts peeing...what's up with this?

Sounds clever of her but just be sure she doesn't have a UTI. Very common on puppy bitches. When they squat and nothing or a dribble comes out, she's probably courting a UTI. Remember the ACV in water. These girls are sitting in dirt all the time and are so prone to these kind of infections. Don't race off to the vet .............just let me know if you think that's what's going on.

Highacre..why would they be sitting in dirt all the time? I think Herb wipes their bums when they are done doing their thing...but I do think she is too young to pretend to pee or that smart?...LOL..

Was just about to post the same thing.  I like to let a mild UTI run its course if possible rather than use antibiotics but wouldn't hesitate if she develops any other symptoms.

Too funny! My Sammy pretends that she has to go out to get a treat. She asks to go out - trots outside, turns around and comes back in and sits for the treat. She has me well trained!
