Hey everyone! I've introduced myself in the new members thread. I've been lurking and reading and whatnot. I have a question though that I haven't really seen the answer to anywhere else. I'll be getting my mastiff baby sometime in September. I want to start buying supplies and what not now just to have on hand. At 8 weeks...what is the average size of the necks on these little (big) cuties? I know they'll grow quick so I'm gonna buy a couple different sizes so he has something to grow with but I don't want to buy too small. Any suggestions on a size to start with?

I would start with 12-14 inches.. adjustable collars seem to be the best as they will grow an inch or so every week.. really fast.

LOL...Thank you! I knew they grew VERY quickly just wasn't sure what size to start with. I appreciate the info!

After 3 mastiffs I have every size between 12 and 32. Plan to but a lot. LOL

this thread cracks me up...I am on a 30 inch at almost 12 mos. and am wondering where I will end up.

I agree about 12 inches, adjustable ones are the best for the growing pup.
At about 1.5 yr I started buying leather...now Im stuck on ROGZ collars. They are awesome and really inexpensive.
