Our nearly six-year-old boy has just been diagnosed with megaesophagus, and the vet is recommending that he now eat in a vertical position.  She mentioned something called a Bailey chair.  If you have any experience with using a Bailey chair for a mastiff, we'd love to hear about it (including where you found the chair, as our Google searches have turned up nothing so far).  Any other experience dealing with megaesophagus would be much appreciated as well.

The Baily chair is a little overkill for a big dog like a mastiff, but google turned up some interesting, althernative and easier solutions..

We do not breed often, but we do our best to breed top quality mastiffs
with excellent pedigrees to back them up. All breedings are carefully planned to produce
the very best mastiffs, sound in both body and mind, beautiful and strong,
representing the true mastiff standard.

We fully test our dogs. We believe that a person that "just wants a pet" has a right
to own a beautiful, well bred dog that is sound and healthy
every bit as much as someone wanting a "show dog".
