At 6 years of age Kirk was ranked #8 in the top 10 mastiffs in the US (2005) Kirk wins Best Veteran at the prestigious Bucks 2006 MCOP show! Kirk wins Best Veteran and an Award of Merit at the 2007 Connecticut River Working Group show!

We often joke that if we did a brain scan on Hummer we would find his head was full of sticky sweet marshmallow fluff.They don't get much sweeter than this.

From his therapy work to his show record, and especially the gentle, sweet boy he always is. He started his show career in April 07, finishing his championship quickly. As a special he ended his first year with style by receiving an Award of Excellence at the Eukanuba Show!
He is currently ranked #2 Mastiff for 2008. He is a proven stud, OFA tested and CERF, PRA, CMR1 tested clear and cystinuria negative.
We are also proud to say Bobby and his puppies did very well at the '08 specialty. Bobby received an Award of Merit, 3rd runner-up in the tournament of Mastiffs, and 2nd in Stud Dog !
At 10 months, Bodie (Britestar's Dueling Desperado) won Best Puppy in Futurity and his sister, Candy (Britestar's Eye Candy) won Best Opposite Sex in Futurity!

Micah has earned both his Canadian and American Championships by 19 months old with 4 point and 5 point major wins and has won multiple Best in Breeds by the age of 2 and has won Group Placements at the age of 3. Micah earned his Rally Novice title at 2.5 yr old with 3 qualifying scores his first 3 times ever entered without any formal Rally classes and has passed his CGC! He has intelligence and a willing nature to work as well as beauty and health. His headpiece and pigment are fabulous. Since he is still young, we expect him to fill out a lot more and he does have a nice structure to hold it.

Elbows - Normal - 12/2007 Poudre finished at 22 months old, with three majors. The last was a 5 point major under UK Breeder/Judge Betty Baxter, at the Bucks County Kennel Club. Betty wrote of Poudre, "Both the Winners were brindle, the Best of Winners being the male, Tamarack POUDRE of Brownspride, owned by Christopher and Kerri Brown. He has, I am sure, a very promising future, being big, strong, masculine, with a very good head. He also moved extremely well. He had well laid shoulders, good legs and feet, and level topline. If I judged him in Europe I would most certainly have given him a grading of “Excellent.” Poudre is a big, sweet lug, who follows us from room to room and who loves his boys (human) more than he (and sometimes they) can stand. He has a good head and bone, and is a large boy whose overall size is one of his greatest attributes. He has been officially wicketed at 33.5 inches tall and weighs a little more than 250lbs(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grUsjba3SEA  . He's still quite lean and won't turn three until next month, so has some maturing to do. We don't show the big guy too often, but he has taken a few BOBs, including one at the prestigious Somerset KC show. I have the pedigree saved as a Word Document, which I'm unable to load here. Camo is a wonderfully sweet boy, who hasn't met anyone he doesn't like and excels as a therapy dog. He took Open Brindle Dog, and Reserved Winners Dog at the 2009 nationals. Bodie seems to be following in his dads (Bobby) pawprints. He is a sweet, fun, young boy who is just as happy in the showring as he is at home. His favorite position is upside down, snoring away, but he is also my running buddy. On the way to his CH, he won Best Puppy in Futurity at the 2008 national, and finished at the Redwood Empire Mastiff Club Regional Specialty out of the Bred By class with a 5 point major. We are very proud of Bodie and see a bright future for him including showing, therapy visits, and soccer mascot extroardinaire !

LACELLE'S FINIS VON HIMMEL - "FINNY"
FINNY is outgoing and friendly in the ring, affectionate and laid back at home and the epitome of what a Mastiff should be.
Finny placed 3rd in the 12-18 month puppy sweeps at the MCOA National Specialty in May 2009 and completed his championship with a 5 point major over ranked specials at the huge Louisville KC show in 2010.
In May 2010, he received an Award of Merit at the prestigious Bucks KC show with an total entry of 140 Mastiffs.
Taking Best of Breed at the Asheville KC show and receiving two "Select" placementsa month later gave him two of the three required majors toward his grand championship. Finny is taking the summer off and will start working toward completing his GR CH title in the fall. Finny is shown on a limited basis and is never sent off to “campaign.”
At 2-1/2, Finny is a lean 220 pounds and is 31+" tall at the shoulders. He has huge bone and a lovely typey head, complete with scissors bite. Plenty of black pigment, dark eyes and a constantly wagging tail top off the great picture.
Finny is available on a limited basis to approved bitches. Frozen semen is also available. Click on the pedigree and health testing links for further information.
