I searched online to see if mastiffs have webbed feet and they don't. Does this mean he's not pure bred or is this just random, like a human having webbed feet?

Likely a gene sneeking in from the past. It does not mean he is not purebred.

I just fiddled with my Mastiffs toes and then fiddled with my Labs toes.  My Mastiffs feet are slightly webbed.  My Labs feet are like a ducks.

Now my fingers smell like cheese doodles.  Thanks a lot!

Some people have webbed feet. It's not in the human standard, but it's not considered a fault!

Hman I am jealous, your dogs feet smell like cheese doodles and mine just smell like plain fritos...*sigh*.

I know this because there was a huge discussion on another board about the way dogs feet smell LOL.

All of my dogs except the belgian malinios have webbed feet...both mastiffs and great dane have webbed feet here.  I didn't think they were suppose to although when we got the second mastiff and she does too i never thought about it!

You Mastiff smellers crack me up..who else but devotees would go around smellin feet?...I just love doin nails, but then I wash my hands. Never thought about the odor..I use Gold Bond Powder though in the summertime when everything is cheeeesy on a Mastiff. Works like a charm.

I'll never eat Nachos again..heehee

luv,
G
