Hope no one on this forum suffers from the storms.
In general, there are a few dangers relating to dogs.
In high winds, dogs shouldn't be outside in case of flying objects, falling branches, and even falling trees and walls.
Flooding of course carries danger, and mud can be a particular problem for dogs as big as Mastiffs.
After a storm, you need to make sure there are no power lines down on your property, and that fences are not blown over. Also check your roof!
One thing that could be a problem for dogs is windfall fruits - some dogs love to eat them to the extent it could be harmful.
Stay inside with your family and your pets and ride out the storm!
